Absolutely loved all of the staff at our chalet. Some of the other guests were extremely rude to them and they handled everything professionally. They were always friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in us and our stay while we were there.
Chalet Levett was clean and comfortable, we all had a good week and it was only a 5 minute walk to the nearest lift. The Chalet hosts were professional and accomodated our needs upon arrival, i would say the chalet is quite qwerky and has a nice Sauna,
Wens are fantastic. The Chalet staff were amazing and the food top quality. Our group have stayed in large catered chalets before and this was a class above in terms of professionalism and quality. As a group of 30 x 25 year olds we are not the easiest group to host for but Levi, Luuk, Christel and Fenna were incredible. They catered to every need and we are very grateful to them for giving us the best week.
Excellent stay with Roos and Berend at Chalet Gabl. They worked excellent as a team to provide an incredible service, with the food being the best our group has experienced in a catered chalet. The chalet itself was very nice, with a bit of a walk to the slopes. The dinning area is a little cramped with 20 people, but room sizes & bathrooms where and excellent size, and the whole chalet as a whole fit our group of 20 perfectly, with the living area's all being a nice size. I would highly recommend the chalet for any groups, and Wens as an operator! We partially enjoyed the inclusion of drinks, meaning we could all enjoy a post skiing beer!
